Detailed bid details and documents

The prescribed form can be purchased from www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bids must be registered online within the specified time, clearly stating the details of each contract.

1. The bid registration date will be up to 12:00 PM on the next day of the bid procurement. If the registration date is a public holiday, the bid will be registered on the next day immediately.

2. No action will be taken against bids that are below the base score, expired, incomplete, or submitted with conditions.

3. Discounts may be given as per the rules if the contract amount is paid in lump sum.

3. Contract No. 02-IR-2082/083 In the case of scrap and animal tax, the contract period will be three years.

4. All rights to accept, reject, partially accept, or cancel the bid shall be reserved by this office.
