Bid forms must be purchased from this office within 15 days by submitting a separate cash receipt of Rs. 1000.00 for each contract for sealed bids.

The bidder shall submit a copy of his Nepali citizenship certificate and, in the case of a firm, a copy of the PAN registration certificate and license, along with an original bank voucher showing that the amount deposited in cash in the amount of 5 percent of the contract amount in the separate sealed bid form for each contract in this office's Rastriya Banijya Bank, Mahendranagar.

When filling out the sealed bid form, the bidder must clearly write the amount he has bid in figures and words, seal the envelope, affix a seal, and write his name, address, and contract number on the top of the envelope and register the bid form.

In case of any discrepancy between the amount entered in figures and the amount written in words on the sealed bid form, the amount written in words will be accepted.

If the last day for purchasing and registering sealed bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next business day.

The sealed bid of the bidder who offers the highest contract amount will be accepted.

After the sealed bid is accepted, in the case of the pond, the first installment of 40% of the bid amount for the first installment should be deposited in the internal source account No. 12401003010002 of this office at the National Commercial Bank located in Mahendranagar, along with the original voucher and the second installment for the remaining 2 installments should be deposited before mid-Ashar of the last month of the fiscal year 2083/084, and the third installments should be deposited in the internal source account of this office before mid-Ashar of the last month of the fiscal year 2084/085, along with the original bank voucher. In the case of the market, the first installment of 40% of the bid amount for the first installment should be deposited in the internal source account No. 12401003010002 of this office at the National Commercial Bank located in Mahendranagar, along with the original voucher and the second installment for the remaining 2 installments should be deposited before mid-Ashar of the last month of the fiscal year 2084/085. The third installments of the contract must be paid by mid-Magh of the year 2082/083, before mid-Ashar, the last month of the fiscal year 2082/083.

No discount or reduction in the contract amount will be given due to a lockout, strike, or any other reason after the contract agreement is signed.

While executing the contract, the contractor shall work in accordance with the instructions of this office and the conditions mentioned in the agreement.

The municipality shall have the sole right to accept or reject sealed bids.

Sealed bids that are tarnished, do not have the correct seal, or are submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

In the event of any difference of opinion between the sealed bid bidder and the municipality, the decision of the municipality will be considered final.

The matters mentioned in this notice shall be in accordance with this and any matters not mentioned shall be governed by the prevailing law.

If the agreement is not reached within 7 days, the 5 percent deposit will be forfeited.

Other terms and conditions of the contract will be communicated through this office and will be provided upon purchase of the sealed bid form.

After the first installment is paid and the agreement is signed, if the second and third installments are not paid within the specified time, the agreement will be canceled.
