Notice inviting 7-day confidential sealed bids for the auction sale of non-banking property (house/land) in the name of Kumari Bank Limited Kathmandu.

A 7-day confidential sealed bid notice has been published for the sale of the non-banking property (house/land) mentioned in the details registered in the name of Kumari Bank Limited in the same condition and quantity as it is. This notice is published for the information of all those who are interested in purchasing the said non-banking property and are invited to submit confidential sealed bids subject to the following conditions.

Details

1. The land and all its annexes, including the land plots No. 210, 211, 212, 213 and 215, located in Ward No. 9, Jumila Village Council/NPA, Kapilvastu District, registered in the name of Kumari Bank Limited at Land Revenue Office Chandrauta, Kapilvastu, with an area of 3-2-5-0, 0-0-17-0, 0-2-15-0, 0-1-1-0 and 0-14-3-0 (B.K.D.H.K.) respectively.

Conditions:

1. Sealed bids must be received at the branch office of Kumari Bank Ltd., Siddharthnagar, by the 7th day from the date of publication of this notice, i.e., 10th Shrawan 2082.

2. Bid form can be obtained from Yes Bank Ltd. Branch Office, Siddharthnagar for Rs. 500/-. The terms and conditions mentioned in the bid form shall also be considered an integral part of this notice.

3. The amount of non-banking property that you want to accept and take should be clearly written in figures and words in the bid. At the time of submitting the bid, an amount equal to 10 (ten) percent of the amount accepted should be deposited in this bank as a deposit and the voucher thereof, a bank good for payment check drawn in the name of this bank should be attached with the bid. Apart from this, no other type of deposit will be accepted and no interest will be paid on the deposit amount.

4. The bid can be submitted by an individual or organization alone or jointly to purchase the house/land. In the case of an individual, a copy of the citizenship certificate and in the case of an organization, a copy of the registration certificate and permanent account number will have to be submitted.

5. The bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the 8th day from the date of publication of this notice, i.e., 2082 Shrawan 11, at the branch office of Rohwar Bank, Siddharthnagar, in the presence of the bidder or his representative and other representatives. The mere absence of the bidder or his representative shall not be deemed to have prevented the opening of the bids.

6. If the last day for submission of bids falls on a bank holiday, the bids can be submitted/opened on the next day, i.e. on the same day the bank is open, within the same time.

7. No action will be taken against bids submitted after the deadline or before the due date, or those submitted with conditions.

8. If the bid is accepted, the concerned bidder shall deposit the remaining amount, excluding the bid deposit, in this bank within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the notification, otherwise the amount deposited as deposit will be forfeited.

The bank reserves the right to reject or accept the bid in a new form, to conduct further negotiations, or to cancel the auction process.

9. The bid may be partially or fully awarded to the bidder who accepts the highest score under the received confidential sealed bid.

10. The bidder shall bear all the liability for all types of taxes, revenues, duties, etc. levied by the concerned agency, office, etc. for the delivery and disposal of the auctioned property.
