2. Kushma Municipality, Kushma, Parbat Nepal invites online bids under e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the Procurement of works.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Kushma Municipality, Kushma, Parbat Nepal or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Hard copy of Bid/Sealed Quotation should no entertained.

5. Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following specified bank as above mentioned.

6. Interested bidders should submit online bids through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before as Specified time above. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP System Operating Guideline 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP system.

7. Online bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on specified time above at the office of Kushma Municipality, Kushma, Parbat Nepal.

8. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

9. Kushma Municipality, Kushma, Parbat Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

10. Any provisions which are not mentioned in this notice will be consistent with PPA 2063, PPR 2064 and other her prevailing Nepalese Laws.
