Notice inviting sealed bids for the lease of shop premises

Lalitpur Metropolitan City has decided to award the contract to the shop premises with an annual minimum rent of more than 5 (five) lakhs rupees in various locations under the ownership of the Package No. 1 to 4, by mid-Ashar 2086, by inviting sealed bids in accordance with the Income Contract Procedure, 2080 (First Amendment 2082). As per the decision, the tender form along with a copy of Nepali citizenship in the case of individuals and a tax payment certificate up to 2081/082 in the case of organizations/companies, a certificate of business registration renewed up to 2082/083, and a PAN/VAT certificate should be submitted within the office hours on the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 2082/05/31, at the counter of Nepal Bank Limited located in the premises of the Nepal Bank Limited, Gawahal or Lalitpur Metropolitan City Office, Revenue Account No. 0180300000100100001, Office Code No. 1126030 Revenue Heading No. 14229.- The original voucher for the non-refundable deposit of Rs. 1,000.- in words (one thousand) rupees should be submitted and the duly sealed bid should be registered and submitted without reducing the minimum score by 12:00 PM on the 16th day i.e. 2082/06/01. The submitted bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day (if the day of registration and opening falls on a holiday, the next day). This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. For more information regarding this, it has been placed on the Lalitpur Metropolitan City Website: https://lalitpurmun.gov.np and it is also informed that the Revenue Administration Division should be contacted for the form.
