As per the provisions of Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and the Financial Act 2082 of the Sudurpaschim Province Government and the decision of the Executive Meeting dated 2082/04/01, for the fiscal year 2082/083, it is necessary to arrange a contract for the collection of natural resource tax falling within the jurisdiction of the Laljhadi Rural Municipality, Village Executive Office. Therefore, this notice has been published to invite interested individuals, companies or firms to bid for the contract for internal revenue collection under the mentioned title by purchasing e-tenders subject to the detailed conditions and submitting bids within the date specified in the contract details from the date of publication of this notice.

Conditions:

> Provision has been made to download and submit bid documents from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's single electronic procurement system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

> While submitting the bid, the bidder should attach the prescribed bid form fee in cash to this office or deposit cash in the Internal Revenue Account No. C.1.1 23101017500041 of this office at Nabil Bank, Chandeb Branch, cash voucher, security deposit (bid bond), copy of Nepali citizenship in case of individual, renewed certificate in case of firm, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, Tax Payment Certificate (2080/081) and self-declaration form of not being on the blacklist, along with the bid related documents.

If the last day for submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the said work will be done on the next office opening day.

> While filling the bid form, the bid amount must be clearly stated in words and figures. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the words will be given precedence.

The bid security amount should be deposited in the deposit account C.-3 23101017500031 of this office at Nabil Bank, Chandev Branch or issued in the name of this office from a bank/financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, mentioning the bid number and name with a validity period of 120 days.

The bidder shall fill in all the details mentioned in the bid forms, properly stamp each page, clearly stating the name of the firm, address, work details, name, address, phone number, mobile number of the bid details proprietor, and register an electronic copy with this office by the last date for submission of bids.

> Bids purchased in the name of one firm or organization cannot be submitted in the name of another firm or organization. Bid documents duly received will be opened at this office at 2:00 PM on the last day for submission of bid documents in the presence of the representative of this office, the construction contractor or his representatives. Also, if the bidder or his representative is not present at the time of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the bid opening. If that day falls on a holiday, the work will be done on the next day when the office is open.
