4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may download fore-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Municipality as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpbefore 2082/04/04at 12:00 hours Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attendat 2082/04/04 at 14:00 hours at the office of Lamkichuha Municipality, Kailali. Bids must be validfor a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e- bid, amounting to be mention above in table, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last

date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whats oever.

8. In case of discrepancy or error in Tender notice, bid document and other document of Construction of various Construction work mentioned above municipality reserves right to amend, Correct at any time. Such amendment and correction shall be published in the national dailynewspaper, notice board of the Lamkichuha Municipality, Bhalka, Kailali.

9. Any intimidation, collusion and car telling during bidding process shall be punishable bylaw.

10. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain thesame as specified for the original last date of bid submission
