7-day public notice inviting confidential sealed bids

for the sale of non-banking assets (houses/land) of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited

The non-banking property (house/land) owned by this bank as per the details will be sold in the same condition as it is through confidential sealed bids. Firms, companies or esteemed persons interested in purchasing the property are hereby invited to submit their confidential sealed bids to the head office or branch offices of this bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. The bids received by this bank within the stipulated time will be opened at 11.00 AM sharp on the 8th day from the date of publication of this notice i.e. 2082/04/18 (if that day falls as a public holiday, the next bank opening day) at the Bank's Debt Recovery Department, Hattisar, Kathmandu. The bidders are also informed to be present at that place and time. The bid form is available at the head office of this bank, Hattisar, Kathmandu and branch offices at a cost of Rs. 1,000/- per copy (non-refundable). Also, all the conditions related to the bid are mentioned in the bid form.
