This 15 (fifteen) day public notice has been published for the information of all the esteemed persons who are interested in buying the land by auction, as per the decision of the second meeting of the Board of Directors held on 2082/05/15, in exercise of the authority granted by the General Meeting of this organization, as the property land mentioned in the details in the name of Maa Lakshmi Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Ltd. is to be sold. The minimum price of the said land is Rs. 1,80,00,000 (in words one crore eighty lakhs) without reducing it, and the interested purchaser should appear at the organization within 15 days of the publication of this notice and deposit 60% of the bid amount in the bank account in the name of the organization, along with the original voucher and bid fee, along with the confidential sealed bid application details.
