As the vehicles purchased by this bank for its own purposes as per the details will be sold through confidential sealed bid, interested individuals, firms or companies are hereby informed to submit their bids specifying which of the said vehicles and at what price they will purchase and reach the central office of this bank, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Condition restrictions

1. The tender form is available at the bank's central office, Lazimpat, Kathmandu or the concerned offices by depositing a fee of Rs. 3,000/- in one copy in the account number of Sundry Creditors- Tender Form No. 0999524670541546 (non-refundable). The tender form should be enclosed in an envelope stating the necessary details and "Secret Sealed Tender for Purchase of Vehicles" on the outside of the envelope.

2. Sealed bids may be submitted within 15 days (2082/04/01) from the date of publication of this notice at the Bank's Central Office, Lazimpat, Kathmandu by 5:00 PM.

3. Interested buyers should purchase the vehicle in the condition it is in. Interested buyers who wish to inspect the vehicle on site should contact the Administration Department of this bank, Lazimpat, Kathmandu or the concerned branch office.

4. This bank shall have the full right to reject or accept or reject any or all bids received, with or without assigning any reason.

5. Other arrangements related to the bid will be as mentioned in the bid form provided by the bank.
