Government of Nepal (and/or Hospital Management Committee) has allocated the fund and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payment sunder the Contract for the purchase of Procurement of Medicine for Hospital Pharmacy for Madan Bhandari Hospital & Trauma Center, Mangalbare (Morang), Nepal

2. Madan Bhandari Hospital & Trauma Center, Nepal invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Procurement of Medicines Items as per the specification enclosed with the bidding documents.

11. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bidvalidity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

12. All the procurement procedures will be carried out under Public Procurement act 2007, Public Procurement Regulation 2007, Financial Procedure Act 1999 and Financial Procedure Regulation 2007. The Purchaser Reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
