1. Madhesh Institute of Health Sciences, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of supply and delivery of Hospital Pharmacy Medicine Items under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding procedures.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidder should submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 3000/- in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12:00 Noon on 8th Oct. 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 02:00 PM on 8th Oct. 2025 at the office of The Madhesh Institute of Health Sciences, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of amount mention below in the table, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. Total 120 days)

6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

7. The evaluation will be done on unit rate and the contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest price of the individual commodities (Itemwise).

8. After Signing Of Contract this rate shall be valid for one fiscal year and bidder must supply the goods as per approved rate there may be decrease or increase in quantity in contract period. Purchaser shall issue the multiple purchase order as per requirement in differents dates.
