4. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 12:00 hours on 2082/05/29.

3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Madi Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Chitwan on 2082-05-13 at 14:00 hours.

5. The Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 2082/05/29 at the office.

6. Bid validity period: - Minimum 90 days from the last date of bid submission.

7. Bid Security validity period: - Minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

9. The matters not Covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with latest amendments of Public Procurement Act-2063, Public Procurement Regulation-2064 and Madi Municipality Public Procurement Regulation-2076.
