Notice inviting bids for Internal Revenue Contracts for 2082/083

The Madi Rural Municipality, Village Executive Office has invited bids for the purpose of collecting the sales fee of riverine materials (stones, ballast, sand) etc. from various locations as per the details in the bid form, based on the "Sub-section 1 (f) of Section 64 of Chapter 9 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074", Section 8 of the "Standards for the Sale and Management of Stone, Ballast, and Sand Excavation, 2077", "Initial Environmental Examination Report (IEE) prepared for the excavation and collection of riverine materials (stones, ballast, and sand), 2080" approved by Madi Rural Municipality, the Financial Act 2082 passed by the Village Assembly and the Financial Act 2082 of the Gandaki Province Government. Interested firms are requested to submit their applications within 34 (thirty-four) days from the date of publication of the notice along with the application, certified copy of the firm registration certificate, M.A. Tax registration certificate, tax payment certificates of FY 081/082 or certified copy of the extension of the deadline, subject to the conditions in the bid form. Bids are hereby invited to be submitted through Electronic Bid. Further information in this regard can be obtained from https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

Conditions and restrictions

1. The submitted bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative. If the bidder or his representative is not present at the time of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the opening of the bids.

The bidder shall submit the bid form by depositing a deposit of 5 percent of the bid amount in the bank and attaching the original voucher or a bank guarantee (bid bond) issued in the name of Madi Rural Municipality with a validity of at least 120 days. The bid will not be valid if the bidder's signature is not on each page of the bid.

Other terms and conditions and restrictions will be as mentioned in the bid form, if any, and as per the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rules 2064 (with amendments) in case of others.
