As per Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, this Mahabharat Rural Municipality has to arrange the following internal revenue related contracts for the financial year 2082.83, and therefore, this notice has been published to invite firms or companies interested in obtaining the contract for the collection and sale of stones, gravel, sand, soil, dust, etc., in the areas specified in the approved Preliminary Environmental Examination Report (IEE) as per the rates specified in Schedule 5 of the Bagmati Province Government Finance Act, 2081, to submit bids within the following subject areas, not less than the minimum number specified. No action will be taken on bids received after the due date or after the deadline.
