Notice of Invitation to Bids Regarding Internal Revenue Collection

As per Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, this Mahabharat Rural Municipality has to arrange the following internal revenue related contracts for the financial year 2082.83, and this notice has been published to invite firms or companies interested in obtaining contracts for the collection and sale of stones, gravel, sand, soil, dust, etc., in the areas mentioned in the approved Preliminary Environmental Examination Report (IEE) as per the rates specified in Schedule-5 of the Bagmati Province Government Finance Act, 2081, to submit bids within the following subject areas, not falling below the minimum number specified. Collection and sale of stones, gravel, sand, and other river-related items from designated locations in Akurakhola, Chaukhola, and Kokhajorkhola within the Mahabharat Rural Municipality area, Ward No. 8,1, and 2

Collection and sale of river-related items including stones, gravel, sand, etc. from designated locations in Chachakhola, Bankhu Khola, and Kokhajorkhola in Wards No. 7, 6, and 3 within the Mahabharat Rural Municipality area.

1. Bidders interested in purchasing the bid form should deposit the copy of the VAT registration certificate, copy of the updated firm renewal certificate, copy of the tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081, Internal Revenue Account No. 0930536214703005, Revenue Head No. in the Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Salleni Branch of this rural municipality, purchase the Bid Document from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp system and submit it through E-Bidding by 12:00 PM on 2082.05.11. If the date of submission and opening of the bid falls on a public holiday, the date of submission and opening of the bid will be the next day.

2. Along with the bid form, a guarantee of a commercial bank of 'A' class recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank, valid for at least 120 days from the date of issue of the original voucher or notice of deposit of the amount deposited in the deposit account No. 0930536214703001 of this office at Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Salleni branch, along with the bid form, should be submitted.
