Notice regarding contract arrangement for vehicle parking

As the vehicle parking contract is to be arranged within the Gadhimai Temple area under Mahagadhimai Municipality Ward No. 01, this notice has been published for the information of all interested persons, contractors, and firms to bid for the contract, subject to the conditions mentioned in the schedule, and to collect the fee at the following rates.

1. The contract period will be valid until the end of Ashadh of the financial year 2082.083.

2. If the person executing the contract is a Nepali citizen, the bid can be submitted by depositing 5 percent of the bid amount.

2. The person executing the contract will issue a receipt if the agreed contract amount is deposited in a lump sum into the account of this office or in cash within 7 days.

4. If the agreed amount is not paid in lump sum within the specified period as per point No. 3, his/her deposit will be confiscated and given to the second party. If the second party does not deposit it, the contract will be settled by giving a chance to the third party.

5. The minimum contract amount will start from Rs. 400000 / four lakhs.

6. If the contract is not approved, the contractor's money will be refunded.

7. The security deposit of the contractor who executes the contract will not be refunded.

8. Parking rates can be obtained from the municipal office.

9. The matters mentioned herein shall be governed by this Act and the matters not mentioned herein shall be governed by the prevailing law. Or if you need to understand anything else, please contact the N.P. during office hours.

10. The entire authority to approve the contract shall be as per the decision of the municipality.

11. The times and locations of vehicle parking will be as follows.
