Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited a leading national level development bank invites sealed bids from interested and eligible firm/ company for Supply and Deployment of Comprehensive Reconciliation System (CRS)

Terms and Conditions:

The bid documents can be purchased within office hours (9:30 AM till 5:30 PM) from the office of General Service Department, Head Office, Thapathali upon payment of non-refundable fee of NPR 3,000.00 (NPR Three Thousand Only) for each service on or before 15th day of the first date of publication of this notice.

Sealed Bids must be submitted within office hours on or before 15th day of the date of publication of this notice. Documents received after this deadline will be rejected.

Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:pedel

1. Bidder must be in operation for 5 years or above.

2. Bidder must have yearly turnover of NPR 10 million or above for immediate last FY and should have been profit-making since last five year.

3. Proposed solution must have been implemented and live in three (3) or more Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs) in Nepal.

The bids shall be opened at 3:00 PM on next working day of the last date of bid submission.

If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening of the bid falls on a public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.

The Bank reserves the right to accept partly or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
