(Notice of invitation of sealed bids regarding the Internal Revenue Contract of FY 2082/83)

As per the Local Government Management Act 2074 and the Finance Act of Makalu Rural Municipality 2082 (passed by the Assembly), the following titles falling within the jurisdiction of Makalu Rural Municipality are to be awarded in installments for the fiscal year 2082/083. Therefore, interested individuals, firms or companies are invited to submit their bids through duly sealed bids by attaching certified copies of their firm renewal certificate, PAN number registration, value added tax registration certificate, and tax payment for the fiscal year 2081/082 during office hours on 28/03/2082 and a self-declaration that they are qualified to perform the work, subject to the conditions in the bid form. Further information can be obtained from the office of Makalu Rural Municipality Village Executive No. Sankhuwasabha.
Local production fee: A rural municipality levies a tax on goods produced within its area or other goods exported outside its area.

Conditions:
1) Cash receipt of Rs. 3000 (three thousand) as application fee along with documents as per the notice released by this rural municipality

2) Taxes will have to be collected only in locations within the proponent's Makalu Rural Municipality.
3) The proposer must collect revenue within the tax area and rate specified by the rural municipality.
If found collecting revenue outside, action will be taken in accordance with prevailing laws.
CE 4) The maximum period for the implementation of the proposal will be 1 year, and if the proposer does not act in accordance with the agreement, the agreement will be terminated at any time by recovering the amount. you'd
5) The contractor who is awarding the contract shall print the receipts used for collecting the prescribed fee on his behalf and have these receipts certified by this office before using them. If it is found that the fee has been collected from an uncertified receipt, action will be taken as per the rules.
6) The contract period will remain in force until FY 2082/083 as per prevailing law.
7) No conditions will be accepted while submitting the bid. Also, no action will be taken on the bid received without the required documents.
8) While submitting the bid form, the amount bid in figures and words should be clearly written and the bid security amount, which should be at least 3% of the bid amount, should be deposited in the name of the bidder in the deposit fund account No. 2615135858 (C 3) of Siddhartha Bank, Makalu branch of this office. If the amount bid in figures and words differs, the amount written in words will be accepted. Also, the bid of the bidder whose bid amount is higher in the said income contract will be accepted.
9) In case of any dispute regarding the contract, the decision of the Makalu Village Executive will be final.
10) If the date of submission and opening of bid forms falls on a public holiday, the office will be open on the next working day at the same time. However, the validity period of the bid bond will remain from the original date.
11) While submitting the bid, the submitting firm or company should enclose a copy of the business renewal certificate, permanent account number, M.A. tax certificate, and a copy of the tax payment certificate (2081/082).
12) The bid form can be downloaded from the revenue collection website of the rural municipality www.makalumun.gov.np or from the rural municipality

13) The terms and conditions mentioned above shall be governed by the same, and the terms and conditions not mentioned shall be governed by the prevailing laws and contracts.
It will be according to the agreement made after the sale.
