1. Malarani Rural Municipality has received a Fund from Government of Nepal towards the cost of Procurement and Supply of C.G.I. Sheets for Malarani Rural Municipality and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement and Supply of C.G.I. Sheets for Malarani Rural Municipality (MRM/G/NCB/2082/083/03). Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from Nepal.

2. The Malarani Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of C.G.I. Sheets under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Malarani Rural Municipality, Khanadaha, Arghakhanchi, malaranimuna@gmail.com or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Malarani Rural Municipality, Khanadaha, Arghakhanchi by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3000.00 till 2025/09/03 during office hours.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Malarani Rural Municipality, Khanadaha, Arghakhanchi by through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12 P.M. on 2025/09/04. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
