As a total of 23 (twenty-three) scooters are required to effectively operate the services of the currently operating branches of Manav Sewa Ashram, suppliers/sellers interested in selling are requested to submit their bids within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours.

The bid form can be obtained by depositing Rs. 1,000 (one thousand in letters only) in the MANAVSEWA ASHRAM-PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT account under NMB Bank Limited of Manavsewa Ashram, account number 0900076447800027 and branch code 090, along with the cash receipt received.

2. Only the seller in whose name the cash receipt is issued will be allowed to participate in the bidding.

3. As per the rules of Manav Sewa Ashram, the bid form will be made available from the office upon payment of a bid fee of Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).

4. Only authorized sellers (Sole Distributors) will be allowed to participate in this procurement process.

Documents to be attached to the bid

1. Copy of renewed firm or company registration certificate.

2. Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.

3. Tax payment certificate or extension certificate for FY 2080/081.

4. Self-declaration that no procurement process has been initiated.

5. Cash receipt for payment of Rs. 1,000 (one thousand in words only).

Special information:

In case of public holiday, the bid shall be submitted within the first working day after the end of the holiday.

The bids will be opened within seven days from the date of expiry of the notice at 2:00 PM at Manav Sewa Ashram Ranivan Branch in the presence of representatives of the bidders. There will be no impediment to the opening of the bids if the representatives are not present.

No action will be taken against bids received that are not in accordance with the specifications provided by this office.

The agreed rate should be clearly stated in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the rate written in words will be accepted.

The parties concerned will be informed before the bids are opened.

This office reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
