In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section 1 (f) of Section 64 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, this notice has been published to procure the work related to the collection of natural resource tax for the year 2082/83 as per the decision of the Mandavi Rural Municipality Village Executive. Interested firms and companies who have completed the legal process within the prescribed time limit as per the date of publication of the notice are hereby notified to submit their bids in hard copy by submitting the bid form and fee within the following date and time. Within the time limit for submission of bids for the bid form, the bidders must submit to this office the bank voucher in which the bid form fee has been deposited in the Internal Revenue Account No. 26649320460117 of Himalayan Bank Limited, Jaspur Branch, Mandavi Rural Municipality, along with all necessary documents.

Bid Forms: As per the rules, the bidders who fill out the bid form of this rural municipality must submit, in addition to the Nepali citizenship certificate, a business registration certificate for the individual, organization, firm or company and a certificate with a permanent account number (C.A. Tax) and a tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 080/81, a self-declaration letter on the bidder's letterhead stating that they are eligible for the bid and that they have not committed any offense or been punished in any way, and a letter of authorization for the relevant work by 2082/06/07. The bids submitted will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative at this office at 5:00 on the same day. There will be no obstacle to opening the bids even if the bidder or his representative is not present.

While submitting the bid form, the bidder should clearly write the amount bid in figures and words and submit a bid security amount of Rs. 1,05,000/- deposited in the deposit account No. 26649320460087 of this office with Himalayan Bank Limited, Jaspur branch, Mandavi Rural Municipality or a duly executed bank guarantee letter (Bidbond) issued by a commercial bank in the name of this office with a validity of at least 120 days from the last date of submission of bids. In case of any discrepancy between the amount bid in figures and words, the amount written in words will be accepted.
