Manjushree Finance Limited's central office located at Nayabaneshwor, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Ward No. 10, Kathmandu District, will be relocated and the interior decoration and other assets (Leasehold & Other Assets) located on the fourth floor of the central office will have to be sold in their present condition. Therefore, individuals, firms, associations or organizations interested in purchasing the said goods are requested to submit their confidential sealed bid proposals within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, clearly stating the price at which they will purchase the goods, and to contact the General Services Department of the financial institution, Nayabaneshwor, Kathmandu, and submit them by Bhadra 3, 2082.

Conditions:

1. Bid form can be purchased from the General Services Department of this financial institution's central office, New Baneshwor-10, at a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- (two thousand rupees only) on or before 12:00 PM on Bhadra 3, 2082.

2. The completed bid must be submitted sealed and submitted to the central office of this financial institution, New Baneshwor-10, during office hours on Bhadra 3, 2082. If that day falls on a public holiday, the sealed bid must be submitted on the next business day after the holiday.

3. The sealed bids received will be opened on Wednesday, Bhadra 4, 2082 at 3:00 PM in the presence of the sealed bidders or their representatives at the Central Office of this Financial Institution, New Baneshwor-10. If that day falls on a public holiday, the sealed bids will be opened on the next day following the holiday at 3:00 PM in the presence of the sealed bidders or their representatives at the Central Office of this Financial Institution, New Baneshwor. However, even if the sealed bidders or their representatives are not present, there will be no impediment to opening the sealed bids.

4. If the last day for submission of sealed bids as per the above falls on a public holiday, sealed bids can be submitted up to the office hours of the next day following the holiday. In such a situation, sealed bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the next day following the office opening hours. One day after the holiday

5. Along with the bid form, a copy of the original voucher deposited in cash with this organization, representing 10 (ten) percent of the amount pledged, or a bank guarantee (Bid-Bond) of the same amount, must be submitted along with the bid form.

6. The financial institution shall have the full right to accept or reject the bid received in whole or in part, or with or without assigning any reason.

7. All terms and conditions and information related to the bid will be provided in the bid form.

8. Certified copies of documents to be submitted with the application: Certificate of citizenship in the case of individuals and registration certificate and tax payment certificate in the case of firms, associations or organizations.

9. Individuals, firms, associations or organizations wishing to inspect the interior decoration and other assets (Leasehold & Other Assets) located on the fourth floor of the central office may contact the General Services Department of the financial institution, Nayabaneshwor.
