Since the non-banking assets in the name of this financial institution as per the details will be auctioned in the same condition and result as they are currently, interested individuals, firms, companies and other organized organizations/institutions who wish to purchase and acquire non-banking assets are invited to register their confidential sealed bids with this institution within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours as per the conditions mentioned in the details.

The land of area 0-0-10, located in Majdiha Pipra Village/NPA Ward No. 9, Map No. 9, K.No. 425, registered in the name of Shri Manjushree Finance Limited at M.P.O., Parsa, and the adjoining land.

Conditions:

1. Bid forms can be purchased from the central office of this financial institution in New Baneshwor and from branch offices for Rs. 100.-. Photocopied forms will not be accepted.

2. In case of any technical or other problem in the bid form received, the decision of this financial institution will be final. If the property cannot be auctioned through sealed bid, the financial institution may take ownership of the property.

3. The sealed bid form must be received at the Central Office of the Financial Institution, New Baneshwor, within the office hours on the 7th day from the date of publication of this notice (if that day falls on a holiday, the next working day). The bids received will be opened at the Central Office of this Financial Institution, New Baneshwor, on the day following the last date of receipt as mentioned above or on the next working day if that day falls on a holiday.
