Re-notification regarding invitation to bid for extraction, collection and sale of riverine raw materials

As per the provisions of Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and Section 19 of the Finance Act 2082 of this Manthali Municipality, a contract has to be made to excavate riverine materials from Tamakoshi, Sunkoshi River and Ranjor Khola, Sukajor Khola and Bhatauli Khola and sell them at the rate prescribed by this Municipality, not exceeding the quantity mentioned in the approved Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) report of this Manthali Municipality. Therefore, interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to submit the renewal certificate of the firm, value added tax certificate, copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080/081, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate and in the case of individuals, copy of citizenship certificate and copy of personal permanent account number, and participate in the bidding process subject to the conditions as specified. This 30 (thirty) day public notice has been published for all concerned.
