Failure to submit their Qualifications information, Bidding Forms as provided in Bid Document and Contract ID in Voucher of Bid Document Fee shall be ground for declaring the Bid NON-RESPONSIVE.

3. A complete eligibility requirement can be found in Bidding Documents which may be purchased from the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np and bid opening will be held on 1:00 PM on the last day of bid submission date at office address.

4. Mayadevi Rural Municipality, Pakadi reserves right to accept and reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
