Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine products

As per the provisions of Section 62 A of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and Sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Melamchi Municipality Finance Act, 2082, a contract has to be made for the extraction of riverine products from the approved ghats of the river mentioned in the schedule as per the prescribed criteria and sale of them at the rate prescribed by Melamchi Municipality for the period from Asoj 1, 2082/083 to mid-Ashar, 2083. Interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process by attaching copies of the firm's renewal certificate, value-added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 2081/082 and Nepali citizenship certificate, subject to the conditions as per the schedule. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
