Notice inviting sealed bids for domestic transportation of gas cylinders

This company has to carry out the work of filling LP gas and transporting empty cylinders internally for the fiscal year 2082.083 as per the details, and therefore, this notice is published to invite duly sealed bids from licensed transporters under the prevailing law to be submitted to the company's head office, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions.

1. The bid form can be purchased from the office of this company, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, by 12:00 PM on the 30th day from the date of publication of this notice, by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000.00 (three thousand rupees only). The bids should be submitted to the office of this company, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, by 1:00 PM on the same day, clearly mentioning "Bid for Internal Transportation of LP Gas Cylinders" and bid number. The received bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM. If that day falls on a public holiday, the purchase will be made by 12:00 PM on the next day, the submission will be made by 1:00 PM on the same day and the opening will be made at 2:00 PM on the same day.

2. The submitted bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder or his authorized representative. The bid opening shall not be interrupted even if the bidder or his representative is not present. His representative

3. Bids must be submitted in the name of the firm or company in which the purchase was made. If a bid purchased from one firm is submitted in the name of another firm, that bid will not be accepted.

4. Along with the bid form, it is mandatory to submit a notarized firm or company registration certificate (including renewal), value added tax registration certificate, and tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080.081, as well as a certificate of experience in transportation work and a self-declaration letter stating that one is not on the blacklist.

5. While filling the bid form, the transportation cost should be mentioned in figures and letters on a per cylinder basis. If the figures and letters differ, the letters will be considered.

6. Bids that do not include a deposit, are out of date, do not include all the information required in the bid, or are not submitted in a proper manner will not be accepted.

7. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any bid received, in whole or in part.

8. Bid deposit, surety and other conditions related to the bid shall be as mentioned in the bid form.
