1. The bids can be purchased from the office of this company, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, by 12:00 PM on the 30th day from the date of first publication of this notice (non-refundable) by paying the above mentioned amount in the bid form. The bids will be submitted by 2:00 PM on the same day, clearly mentioning "Bid for Purchase of Gas Cylinders" in the envelope as per the bid, and will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM. If that day falls on a holiday, the purchase will be made by 12:00 PM on the next day, submitted at 2:00 PM on the same day and opened at 3:00 PM on the same day.

2. Bids submitted at the office will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative and representatives of this company. The bid opening will not be stopped even if the bidder or his representative is not present.

3. The amount of the goods to be supplied by the sealed bidder, excluding VAT, must be clearly written in figures and letters on the sealed bid form, signed by the bidder on each page of the sealed bid form, along with the necessary documents and a bid security of 2.5% of the total amount deposited in the account number 06101030250566 of this company at Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited or a bank guarantee issued by a "A" class commercial bank with a validity of at least 90 days.

4. Along with the bid form, the firm or company registration certificate (including renewal), Value Added Tax registration certificate, Nepal Quality Mark certificate and tax payment certificate for FY 2080.081 must be submitted, notarized and a self-declaration letter stating that the company is not blacklisted.

5. The gas cylinder to be provided by the bidder shall be delivered to the factory site of this company, Thakre Ga.P., Ward No. 7, Jugekhola, Dhading. The specification of the gas cylinder shall be as per the standards of NS 369 issued by the Nepal Standards Department.

6. Bids that do not include a deposit, are out of date, do not include all the information required in the bid, or are not submitted in a proper manner will not be accepted.

7. All other matters shall be as mentioned in the bid form.

8. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any bid received, in whole or in part.
