This company has to carry out transportation work under the sale and distribution of LP gas cylinders for the financial year 2082.083 as per the details, and therefore, this notice is published to invite duly sealed bids from licensed transporters under the prevailing law to be submitted to the head office of this company, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions.

1. The bid form can be purchased from the office of this company, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, by 12:00 PM on the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice, by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000.00 (three thousand rupees only). The bids should be submitted to the office of this company, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, by 1:00 PM on the same day, clearly mentioning "Bid for transportation under LP Gas Cylinder Sale and Distribution" and bid number. The received bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM. If that day falls on a public holiday, the purchase will be made by 12:00 PM on the next day, the submission will be made by 1:00 PM on the same day and the opening will be made at 2:00 PM on the same day.

2. Other terms and conditions will be as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the notice and bid form published in the Annapurna Post Nepali daily newspaper dated 2082.04.19.
