This company has to carry out the work of filling LP gas and transporting empty cylinders internally for the fiscal year 2082.083 as per the details, and therefore, this work has been published to invite sealed bids from licensed transporters under the prevailing law to be submitted to the company's head office, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions.

1. The bid form can be purchased from the office of this company, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, by 12:00 PM on the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice, by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000.00 (three thousand rupees only). The bids should be submitted to the office of this company, Jadibuti, Kathmandu, by 1:00 PM on the same day, clearly mentioning "Bid for Internal Transportation of LP Gas Cylinders" and bid number. The received bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day. If that day falls on a public holiday, the purchase will be made by 12:00 PM on the next day, the submission will be made by 1:00 PM on the same day and the opening will be made at 2:00 PM on the same day.

2. Other terms and conditions will be as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the notice and bid form published in the Annapurna Post Nepali daily newspaper dated 2082.04.19.
