1. Government of Nepal, Ministry of Defence has received Annual Budget from Government of Nepal towards the cost of procurement of Goods & Materials and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for The Procurement of Office Goods and Materials. Bidding is open to all National eligible Bidders.

2. A complete set of bidding Documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system:www.bolpatra.gov. np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the following mentioned.

. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and Details Notice on www.mod.gov.np.

4. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
