1. The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance invites bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of office supplies mentioned in the schedule for the fiscal year 2082/83 under a national level open bidding process.

2. Eligible bidders may obtain further information regarding this tender from the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance, Singha Durbar or from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's e-GP system at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. The fee for the bidding documents can be obtained by scanning the voucher submitted in the bank details mentioned below (pdf format) and uploading it to the e-GP portal. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the e-GP portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 4. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's e-GP portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on the 31st (thirty-first) day from the date of first publication of the notice. Documents received after the mentioned date and time will not be accepted.

5. Electronic bids received within the stipulated time will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM at the Ministry of Finance, Singha Durbar in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

6. The amount for the bid security must be deposited in the original voucher (second copy) deposited in the Deposit Account No. 196010010203000 Office Code No. 305003501 at the Office of the Comptroller of the Treasury and Accounts Payment Center 4, Rastriya Banijya Bank, Singha Durbar or a bid security issued in the name of the Ministry of Finance by a recognized commercial bank and the validity period of such bid security must be at least 30 (thirty) days longer than the validity period of the bid.

7. If the date of submission and opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the last date for submission and opening of bids will be the same as mentioned above on the next day when the office is open. In such a case, the validity period of bids and bid security will be calculated from the previous date.

8. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part.

9. Matters not clarified in this notice and bidding documents shall be governed by the prevailing laws and the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064. fining
