Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine materials

As per the provisions of Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and the Finance Act 2081 of Mohanyal Rural Municipality for the fiscal year 2082/83, the contract has to be arranged by collecting tax at the rate prescribed by Mohanyal Rural Municipality by excavating riverine materials from the approved ghats mentioned in the schedule of rivers flowing through this rural municipality as per the prescribed standards and collecting tax at the rate prescribed by Mohanyal Rural Municipality. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned by interested individuals, firms or companies to participate in the bidding process through E-Bidding. The contract period for collecting sales tax on riverine products will be from the date of signing the contract until the end of Jestha 2083.
