Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine materials

As per the provisions of Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and the Finance Act 2081 of Mohanyal Rural Municipality for the fiscal year 2082/83, the contract for collecting tax at the rate prescribed by Mohanyal Rural Municipality by excavating riverine materials from the approved ghats of the rivers flowing within the area of this rural municipality as per the prescribed standards has to be made in accordance with the IEE conducted. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, inviting interested individuals, firms or companies to participate in the bidding process through E-Bidding. Detailed information on other notices and conditions can be viewed and downloaded at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The contract period for collecting tax on riverine materials will be from the date of signing the contract agreement to the middle of Jestha 2083.
