MUKTINATH AGRO MACHINERY COMPANY LTD, having its Central office at Royal Complex, Basundhara, Kathmandu (The Company) invite sealed bid of from eligible registered Firms/Companies/ Contractors/Suppliers for CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT WORKS of MUKTINATH METAL WORKSHOP as follows.

Terms & Conditions

1.

The work to be executed comprise mainly Civil Works, Metal Works, Electrification Works, Sanitary/GGI Works, and Fencing Works etc. applicable as per the company requirements.

The bidding document may be purchased from the Procurement Department, Basundhara, Royal Plaza 3rd floor on the submission of a written application by bidders, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon deposit of Bid Purchase Fee (non refundable) of NRs. 3,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Three Thousand Only) on Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd A/c no 13610201049009000001 (Muktinath Agro Machinery Company Ltd) for each.

Entire original bidding documents and certificates should be endorsed (affixed stamp and signature) in all pages.

Experience Letter of construction work carried out in at least 3 Construction Development of Nepal.

Powers of Attorney in favor of the person(s) signing the bid that such person(s) is/are authorized to sign the bid on behalf of the bidder and consequences resulting due to such signings shall be submitted with a bidding document.

Bidders should submit NRs. 150,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees One Hundred Fifty Thousand Only) or 5%of bid amount whichever is higher either through cash deposit on Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd A/c no. 13610201049009000001 (Muktinath Agro Machinery Company Ltd) or Bid Bond for each, which is valid up to 30 days beyond the last date of bid submission.

Bidding document must be submitted within 4:00 PM of Bhadra 23, 2082 at Company's Central Office Basundhara, Royal Complex 3rd floor, Kathmandu. Bids received after these deadlines will be rejected. If there is any public holiday on the last date of submission, it can be submitted on the next working day.

Bidding documents will be opened in presence of Bank & Bidder's representative on Bhadra 24, 2082, 03:00 PM at Central Office, Basundhara, Royal Complex 3rd floor, Kathmandu. However, the presence of Bidder's representatives will not be mandatory for opening bid-ding documents.

Non-submission of the required valid documents and non-compliance with mandatory requirements as mentioned above may lead to the disqualification of the proposals.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject, completely or partially any or all the bids without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
