1. The sealed bid along with the envelope should be submitted to the following office of Nabil Bank within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. by 3:00 PM (banking time) on 04/05/2082, clearly writing "Sealed Bid Proposal for Purchase of House and Land" on the outside of the envelope, mentioning the name of the proposed location, name of the contact person and contact number.

2. Bids received in Bagmati Province will be opened at the Bank's Ghantaghar, Administration Department, Kathmandu and bids received in Sudurpaschim Province will be opened at the Provincial Office, Ratopul, Dhangadhi, on 2082/04/06 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the bidders and/or their representatives. However, there will be no impediment to opening the bids in the absence of the bidders or their representatives.

3. If the last day for submission of bids is a bank holiday, bids can be submitted at the designated location during banking hours on the next bank day following the holiday. Similarly, if the day for opening of bids is a bank holiday, bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the next bank day following the holiday.

4. The bid must be submitted in such a way that the property to be sold is purchased in its current condition.

5. The bid should clearly state in figures and words the amount of the property for which the bidder wishes to purchase and take possession, and a deposit of at least 10 percent of the bid amount should be deposited in the account number 93254001006 of this bank at Ghantaghar branch and Dhangadhi branch and the original voucher should be submitted along with the bid. 6. When transferring ownership of the property, the person/firm/company/institution purchasing the property will have to pay all fees/duties charged to the government office.

7. If for any reason the property cannot be sold, the amount deposited by the bidder as security deposit will be returned to the concerned bidder but no interest will be paid on it.

8. The Bank reserves all rights to accept or reject the bid. No action will be taken against bids submitted without following the prescribed procedure.
