1. Individuals and organizations interested in purchasing the said vehicle can obtain it free of charge from the bank's head office, administration branch, Dhantaghar, Kathmandu in the case of Kathmandu and from the relevant branch office in the case of outside Kathmandu or can also download it from the bank's official website: www.nabilbank.com.

2. Dear Valued Customers who wish to view the vehicles mentioned for sale may contact the Bank's Head Office located at Ghantaghar, Kathmandu during office hours in the case of Kathmandu.

3. The bid form received from the bank, duly filled in, sealed and clearly stating the purpose for which the proposal is being submitted, should be submitted to the bank's Administration Branch located at the Ghantaghar building, Kathmandu, by 2:00 PM on Bhadra 11, 2082 (respectively 27th August, 2025).

4. Bids duly received will be opened on 2082 Bhadra 12 (28 August 2025) at 11:00 AM at the Bank's Ghantaghar Building, Kathmandu, 7th floor, in the presence of the bidder or his representative. The absence of the bidder or his representative will not constitute an obstacle to the opening of the bids.

5. The bid should clearly state in figures and words the amount of the vehicle for which the bidder is willing to accept and take delivery and a deposit of at least 10 (ten) percent of the amount agreed upon should be deposited in any branch of this bank in bank account no. 93254001006 and the voucher should be attached with the bid. No interest or compensation will be paid on such deposit amount.

6. If the last date for submission of bids falls on a public bank holiday, bids may be submitted on the next bank opening day following the holiday, and even if the bid opening day falls on a holiday, bids will be opened on the next bank opening day following the holiday.

7. No action will be taken against bids received after the deadline or without due process or submitted conditionally.

8. If the bid is accepted, the concerned bidder shall deposit the remaining amount of the acceptance in the bank within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the notification. Otherwise, the amount deposited as security deposit will be forfeited.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid in whole or in part.

10. After the bid for the vehicle is accepted, all work and fees related to registration, cancellation, transfer of ownership, etc. will have to be borne by the concerned buyer.
