1. 2 Namobuddha Municipality Office has received a loan/credit/grant from Nepal government towards the cost of Supply and Delivery of Medicine and Surgical Goods and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for NMUN/NCB/GOODS/2082/083-01. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in [the name of the Development partner Guidelines].

2. The Namobuddha Municipality Office invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of Medicine and Surgical Goods under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.

The bidder may submit the bid for single or more packages/lots as mentioned below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Evaluation will be done for each package/lot, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.]

3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 23 of the Bidding Document.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Namobuddha Municipality Office, Bhakundebeshi, Kavrepalanchok, 011-404031, 9842841947, namobuddhamun@gmail.com, info@namobuddhamun.gov.np or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Namobuddha Municipality Office, Bhakundebeshi, Kavrepalanchok by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3000/- till 25th September, 2025³ during office hours.

Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Namobuddha Municipality Office, Bhakundebeshi, Kavrepalanchok by hand/courier or through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 PM on 24th September, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. definin
