Details

1. The terms and conditions of the bid shall be as specified in the relevant bid form.

2. The amount for the bid fee should be deposited in the bank account No. 100010020001000 and revenue head No. 14229 of this office (Code No. 312025702) at the National Bank of Nepalgunj.

3. The amount for the bid security should be deposited in cash in the name of the Office of the Controller of Treasury and Accounts, Banke, Rastriya Banijya Bank, Nepalgunj, Deposit Account No. 4130100102030000, or a bank guarantee (bank guarantee) from a commercial bank/financial institution licensed to issue bank guarantees as per prevailing law, valid for at least 120 days from the date of bid opening.

4. All bidding activities will be conducted electronically only and bids submitted with conditions or without the required formalities will not be accepted.
