Notice of invitation to sealed bids

This fund has invited bids from firms/companies registered under Value Added Tax and licensed by the Government of Nepal for the construction of Solar Electric Fencing in some areas of about 9 kilometers affected by wild elephants in Birtamod Municipality and Bhadrapur Municipality of Jhapa district in the year 2081.082 by means of bidding. Bids can be downloaded from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np and other necessary information can be obtained. Bids can be submitted from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np by paying the non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 3,000.- (Rs. Three thousand only) along with the required documents. Bids will be opened online from the same website in the presence of the bidder or his representative. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids. This fund shall have the full right to accept or reject the sealed bids submitted. The technical details and bid security of Solar Electric Fencing are mentioned in the bid form. Detailed information regarding this is posted on the notice board of the Fund's central office, Khumaltar, Lalitpur and is also available on the Fund's website www.ntnc.org.np
