1. Directorate of Agricultural Research, Koshi Pradesh, Tharahara, Sunsari invites bids from individuals and suppliers registered with the relevant bodies engaged in the business of ration/feed supply for the procurement of supply of pig, poultry and fish feed under contract no. DOARTarahara/NCB/Goods/01-2082/83.

2. The type, quantity and quality of feed to be purchased shall be as specified in the bidding documents.

3. Interested suppliers who wish to purchase bidding documents will be able to e-bid for ration/grain procurement from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office Portal: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. By logging in to the said website

Interested bidders may participate as per the instructions received.

4. Bidding document fee Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand in words) Non-refundable, to be deposited in cash in Nabil Bank, Itahari Branch, Account No. 0901017500592 in the name of this office, Directorate of Agricultural Research, Koshi Pradesh, Tarhara, Sunsari, Scanned copy of bank voucher in pdf format should be uploaded.

5. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 2082/05/30 at 1:00 PM at the Directorate of Agricultural Research, Koshi Province, Tharara, Sunsari.

6. The bidder must upload all the documents to be submitted along with the bid in scanned copy pdf format at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on 2082/06/09 (2025 Sept. 25).

7. Along with the bid, a bank voucher of Rs. 1,90,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Thousand Only) deposited in cash in the name of the Treasury and Controller of Accounts, Sunsari, Rastriya Banijya Bank, Inaruwa Branch, mentioning the code of this office No. 312411406, or a scanned copy of the bid security letter issued in the name of this office from any recognized official bank in the name of this office stating the purpose of the work and contract details, should be uploaded in pdf format and submitted. The validity period of the bid should be at least 30 days more than 90 days or 120 days, calculated from the last date of submission of bids.

8. Bidders can withdraw or modify their online bids submitted online by logging into the system within the deadline for submission. ocal news

9. Bids submitted by e-submission will be opened at this office on 2082/06/09 at 1:00 PM in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee and other invited representatives and the representatives of the bidders. The absence of the bidders or any of their representatives will not hinder the opening of the bids.

10. If the last day for submission and opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next office opening day following the holiday at the same time.

11. The item-wise rate in the bid should be clearly stated in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the price written in words will be accepted. In case of discrepancy, the bidder's signature should be there.

12. In the case of matters not mentioned in the notice, the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 BS will apply.
