supply and delivery of Swine Ration

1. National Swine Research Program, Pakhribas, Dhankuta invites bids from individuals and suppliers registered with the relevant bodies engaged in the business of ration supply for the supply and delivery of Swine Ration under Contract No.  of the year 2082/83.

2. The type and quantity of rations to be purchased will be as specified in the bidding documents.

3. Interested suppliers who wish to purchase bidding documents will be able to e-bid for ration procurement through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's Portal: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders can participate by logging in to the website and following the instructions received.

4. Bidding document fee Rs. 3000/- Non-refundable. A scanned copy of the bank voucher in PDF format of cash deposited in the name of National Pig Research Program, Pakhribas, Dhankuta in the account number 2110100001576001 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Hile Branch should be uploaded.

5. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 2082/05/27 at 1:00 PM at the National Pig Research Program, Pakhribas, Dhankuta.

6. The bidder must upload all the documents to be submitted along with the bid in scanned copy pdf format at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on 2082/06/08.

7. Along with the bid, a bank voucher of Rs. 70000/- (seventy thousand only) deposited in cash in the name of the Treasury and Controller of Accounts Office, Dhankuta, Rastriya Banijya Bank Dhankuta Branch, mentioning the code of this office No. 312410604, or a scanned copy of the bid security letter issued in the name of this office from any recognized official bank in the name of this office stating the purpose of the work and contract details, in pdf format, shall be uploaded and submitted. The validity period of the bid shall be at least 30 days more than 90 days or at least 120 days, calculated from the last date of submission of bids.

8. Bidders can withdraw or modify their online bids submitted online by logging into the system within the deadline for submission.

9. Bids submitted via e-submission will be opened at this office on 2082/06/08 at 1:00 PM in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee and other invited representatives and the representatives of the bidders. The absence of the bidders or any of their representatives will not hinder the opening of the bids.

10. If the last day for submission and opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next office opening day following the holiday at the same time. ocal new

11. In the case of matters not mentioned in the notice, the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 BS will apply.
