Invitation for sealed bids for renting/leasing floors of a building

The Corporation's Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan City, Ward No. 12, Dhambojhi, Surkhet Road, Ground/First/Second Floors (excluding the part allocated for office purposes) of the complex building, having an area of 2966 sq. ft., 2554 sq. ft. and 2142 sq. ft. respectively, will be leased separately (Floor wise) or collectively (all three floors) with a total area of 7662 sq. ft. for a period of five (5) years. Bids are invited from interested individuals or firms registered with the Government of Nepal, firms or organizations or companies having an income tax registration certificate. The bid form, stating the detailed details of the rates at which the floors of the above building will be taken, can be obtained from the Corporation's Western Regional Center, Nepalgunj, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Gorkhapatra National Daily, on payment of Rs. 3,000.00 (three thousand in characters only, non-refundable). Subject to the provisions and conditions mentioned in the received bid, the bids should be registered at the Corporation's office in Nepalgunj by 12:00 PM on the 31st day from the date of first publication of this notice in Gorkhapatra Daily and will be opened at the Corporation's regional office in Nepalgunj at 13:00 PM on the same day.
