Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is the flag carrier of Nepal, incorporated under NAC Act, owned by the Government of Nepal and has been operating air transport services since 1958. Apart from flight operations, it has been providing ground handling services at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Gautam Buddha International Airport (BWA) and Pokhara International Airport (PHH).

This project aims to review and assess business processes of NAC Ground Handling Service Provider (NAC-GSP) Work Centers and to formulate enterprise-grade information system and software platform in the form of Operation Control System Module (OCSM) having primary goal to enhance overall performance and operational efficiency.

The OCSM shall be exclusively owned by Nepal Airlines Corporation with Full Intellectual Property (FIP) rights. Hence;

1. Ground Support Department, NAC-GSP, Nepal Airlines Corporation, Kathmandu, Nepal invites electronic bids from the eligible bidders for the Procurement of Operation Control System Module for NAC-GSP under National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

2. Interested eligible Bidders may download the IFB and Bidding Documents for e-submission from PPMO's web portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
