Invitation for sealed bids regarding land rental

As the land located in Surkhet, Dhangadhi, Mahendranagar and Birgunj, which is registered in the name of this Corporation, is to be leased for 2 (two) years, sealed bids are invited from interested individuals, firms or associations/institutions in the format prescribed by the Corporation. The bid form can be purchased from the Registration and Invoice Branch at the Central Office of the Corporation within the seventh day from the date of publication of this notice for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- (One thousand rupees in characters only) and the bids are invited to be submitted to the Registration and Invoice Branch of the Corporation within 12:00 PM on the eighth day or by downloading the bid form from the Corporation's website www.nepalairlines.com.np and depositing Rs. 1,000/- in the bank specified by the Corporation in the bid form. 1,000/- along with the original voucher and received by post at the address given below on the specified date and time will also be accepted and the application form will be opened on the same day at 13:00 in the presence of the bidder or his representative at the Property Management and Vehicle Division at the Corporation's central office. If the last day of receipt of bids and the day of opening falls on a public holiday, the said days will be considered as the next working day respectively. This notice is available on the Corporation's website www.nepalairlines.com.np.
