1. The Nepal Ban Nigam Limited (NBNL) invites Electronic Bids from Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of following Services under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) - Single Stage One Envelope procedures specified in the prevailing Public Procurement Act & Regulations of Nepal and procedure specified in the Bidding Document. Bidding is open to all Eligible Bidders/Service Providers as specified in the Bidding Document.

2. Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the NBNL, Kathmandu and respective Branch Offices of NBNL or may visit e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Complete set of Bidding Documents for the tasks are available online and can be downloaded from the e-GP system of PPMO: www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp.Interested eligible bidders, as specified in the bid document, shall register in the e-GP system of PPMO and deposit the cost of Bidding Document NRs. 3,000.00 for each task to the NBNL's Account Number: 0106011614001, Nabil Bank Limited, Tindhara, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu Branch and scanned copy (PDF format) of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.

4. Interested Eligible Bidders are required to submit Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the office of NBNL, Babarmahal, Kathmandu on or before 1:00 P.M. on 17 August 2025.

5. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:15 P.M. on 17 August 2025 onwards; 15-minute interval for each task respectively at the office of NBNL, Babarmahal, Kathmandu.

6. Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security (Scanned copy in PDF format), amounting to minimum as mentioned in the table above, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the validity period of the Bid (i.e. Valid up to minimum 14 December 2025).

7. If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NBNL's Call Account Number: 0010016768700012, NMB Bank Ltd., Babarmahal, Kathmandu and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
