Notice inviting bids for supply of communication carrier/coaching service contract

1. Nepal Bank Limited invites bid proposals from eligible bidders for the supply of communication carrier/courier service contracts for a period of two years from Kartik 2082 BS to Asoj 2084 BS.
2. The type and quantity of services to be purchased shall be as specified in the bidding documents.
3. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the e-GP System (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp). A deposit of Rs. 10,000.- (Ten thousand in characters only, non-refundable) for the purchase of bidding documents should be deposited in the following bank account.

4. Bid validity period: 120 days from the date of bid opening.

5. While submitting the bid, a bank guarantee of Rs. 30,00,000/00 issued by a commercial bank and financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (except Nepal Bank Limited) valid for 150 days from the date of bid opening or an original bank voucher with H.No. 00200106711280000001 deposited in cash at the Kathmandu Banking Office of this office must be enclosed with the bid.
6. Interested bidders may submit their bids for the supply of the required communication media/cards for the Bank through e-bidding through the e-GP System (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp) by 11:00 AM on 2082/04/23.
7. The submitted bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative on 2082/04/23 at 12:30 PM at this department. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids. In case the bids are not opened on the pre-determined date for any reason, the validity period of the bid and bid security will be calculated from the pre-determined date itself.
8. If the last day for purchasing, submitting and opening bids falls on a public holiday, these activities will be carried out on the next office opening day immediately following the holiday, at the same time.
9. The bid should be clearly written in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the written price will be accepted. In case of discrepancy, the bid should be signed by the bidder.
10. No action will be taken on bids that are received after the deadline and that do not meet the requirements.
11. Bids purchased in the name of one firm, organization or company may not be submitted in the name of another firm, organization or company.
12. Other information regarding bid submission will be as mentioned in the bidding documents.
13. Nepal Bank Limited reserves the right to accept, reject, partially accept or reject the bid.
