15-day notice regarding the invitation of bids for the purpose of renting out shutters (cobbles) other than for banking purposes in the commercial building of Nepal Bank Limited located at Prithvi Chowk

This notice has been published for the purpose of renting 28 shutters (cubes) located in the Bank's Office and Commercial Complex (Pokhara Mall) located at Prithvi Chowk, Ward No. 9, Pokhara Metropolitan City, owned by Nepal Bank Limited. Bid forms can be purchased within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice and submitted by 11:00 AM on the 16th (sixteenth) day or if that day falls on a public holiday, the next office opening day. Bids submitted in this manner will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of government representatives and bidders and their representatives. Even if the bidders/their representatives are not present, there will be no impediment to opening the bids. The person, firm, organization or company submitting the bid for all or some or only one shutter (cube) shall pay a minimum amount of Rs. 162/- per square foot for each shutter (cube) for the ground floor and a minimum of Rs. 162/- per square foot for the first and second floors. 62/88. If a person, firm, organization or company currently residing in the premises wishes to submit a bid, the remaining rent due up to the date of submission of the bid must be paid and a copy of the same must be submitted along with the bid. The bid form can be purchased by depositing Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) in this bank account number 00200106711283000001. In the case of a person, firm, organization or company submitting a lump sum bid, the business must have been operating for the past 3 years and the annual turnover must be at least Rs. 10 million. The terms and conditions of the bid and the work details will be as mentioned in the bid form. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject the sealed bids received in whole or in part. The person, firm, organization or company submitting the bid must clearly fill in all the details mentioned in the bid form of the shutters/cables that they want to purchase. Details

1) The bidder shall submit the separate rental amount for each shutter (double). An amount equivalent to 1 (one) month's rent for each shutter he has contracted shall be deposited in this bank's account number 0020010671128000001 or a bank guarantee of one month's rent with a minimum period of 3 (three) months issued by any "A" class commercial bank other than Nepal Bank Limited shall be attached with the bid. The said amount shall be returned in case the bid is not accepted and shall be forfeited in case the bid is accepted but the agreement is not signed. The agreement shall be concluded for 5 (five) years with a rent increase of 10 percent every 2/2 years. The detailed terms and conditions related to the house rent shall be as mentioned in the agreement.

2) The bidder must submit a certified copy of the citizenship certificate and 1 passport-sized photograph in the case of an individual, and a firm or company registration certificate, CBI registration certificate or Permanent Account Registration Number (PAN) certificate and tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/81, along with the bid.

3) While submitting the bid, the bid form provided by the bank (including all the terms and conditions, facilities and cover page) shall be submitted to the bank. At the end of each page of the bid form, the bidder shall affix his signature in the case of an individual and the seal of the firm or company along with the official signature in the case of a firm or company.
