Since the Nepal Beekeepers Federation Karnali Province and the Inelam Project Helvtas have to purchase the necessary materials as per the details for the bee promotion program being conducted in Surkhet, Dailekh and Jajarkot districts in partnership with the Nepal Beekeepers Federation Karnali Province and the Inelam Project Helvtas, interested firms/companies licensed by the Government of Nepal are requested to submit sealed bids along with a copy of the organization registration and renewal certificate, a copy of the PAN/VAT number and a copy of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/082, along with transportation of materials, by 4:00 PM on Bhadra 17, 2082. Incomplete bids will not be included in the evaluation process. On the date of opening of sealed bids, the firm submitting the bid may send its representative to the place where the bids will be opened. The fact that no firm has sent a representative will not hinder the opening of the bids at the specified time. Sealed bids will be opened on 2082 Bhadra 19 (4 September 2025) at 12:00 PM at the Nepal Federation Karnali Province Office. The Nepal Beekeepers Federation reserves the right to approve or reject this procurement process.
